The Ridge at Wailea is the newest neighborhood in Wailea to offer custom home sites. There are only 9 lots in this small subdivision the lots were initially brought on the market in early 2014. Most of the lots were sold in the second half of 2019 and now there are a few luxury homes nearing completion with several more in the early phase of construction. The original lot sales prices ranged from $700,000 to just over a $1 Million and we expect to see homes coming on the market in early 2022 in the $8-14 Million range.
